Sales coaching - Sales Potential Finder
Even inside the own company there is usually the situation that personnel do not familiarize offerings and skills inside the own company. For the customer it is even harder. The sales personnel it may proven to be challenging to find the secret, unknown needs of the customers- those that even the customer do not recocgnize and therefore cannot ask.
Sales Potential Finder is used to find current customer potential fo additional sales. It is based on current products and services, the point is to find additional sales potential, so it is a fast and cost effective method to impact sales without long term improvement projects.
We proceed by making theme interviews, in order to deepen knowledge about eg how well customer really knows your products, services and skills, why the customer does not buy at the moment, eventhough the product/service/skill would be available?
We group the results to immediate sales potential and further investigation needed improvement proposals.
